- Meldebescheinigung / City Registrationਮੇਲਡੇਬੇਸ਼ਾਈਨਿਗੁੰਗ / ਜਰਮਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਸਬੂਤ
- Work / School Addressਕੰਮ ਜਾਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ
- Einbürgerungsurkunde / Naturalization Certificateਜਰਮਨ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਤਾ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ

- OCI Information of Family Members, if applicable (front and back)ਜੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਕੋਲ OCI ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸਦੀ OCI ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ (ਅੱਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ)
- If Married – Marriage Certificateਜੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ – ਵਿਆਹ ਦਾ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ
- Wife's Passport – First & Last Pageਪਤਨੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਰੀ ਪੰਨਾ
- One Photo with White Backgroundਸਫੈਦ ਬੈਕਗ੍ਰਾਊਂਡ ਵਾਲੀ ਇੱਕ ਫੋਟੋ (ਫੋਨ ਨਾਲ ਖਿੱਚ ਕੇ WhatsApp ਰਾਹੀਂ ਭੇਜ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ)
Important: A newborn must first have the required foreign passport before the OCI application can be completed. We check the parents’ status and prepare the checklist for the baby’s exact case.
